2021 Library Prize for Undergraduate Research, Science, Engineering, & Math

Undergraduate student Tamar Ervin has been selected as the wiinner for the 2021 Library Prize for Undergraduate Research. Her paper, titled Coronal Hole Detection using Machine Learning Techniques, was judged along with 35 other applicants. Tamar was nominated by Professor Jacob Bortnik and the paper was part of her project in the Machine Learning class. 

Tamar will receive a monetary award and will be recognized at the Undergraduate Research Week Award Ceremony on May 28, 2021.
