The 2018 Atmospheric & Oceanic Sciences Graduation Celebration will be held on Saturday, June 16 at 10:30AM in the Charles E. Young Grand Salon Room in Kerckoff Hall. All graduates should check in with Kimberly Perez, no later than 5 minutes before the ceremony begins at 10:30AM sharp. All graduates can choose to sit with their fellow graduating classmates or with their families and friends. This is always a very pleasant and memorable event and a nice way to bring closure to your academic experience at UCLA.

After the ceremony, which lasts about one hour and half, you and your guests are all invited to stay for a reception in the Grand Salon Room where you can: say goodbye to your fellow graduates; introduce your family to your friends and the faculty; and take pictures.

Please note that tickets for this must be ordered through your MyUCLA and picked up at the Atmospheric & Oceanic Sciences Department Office. Per Commencement rule, the first 4 tickets are free and any ticket after that costs $12.00. No refund is given so make sure you have a proper count.
